Landscape Maintenance Philosophy
We believe in making sure our crews our properly prepared to take on services. That entails pre-season prep with the crews and operation teams, so they fully understand the scope of services and property boundaries. Having a good plan in place allows us to make sure we are using the right equipment where needed, we are aware of specific property needs and areas of higher importance. We download with our teams regularly to makes sure we are answering any questions or challenges that may arise. We empower our team to make suggestions so that we can provide the best quality services possible.
Communication of the upmost importance with our clients, we strive to build a true partnership as we both share the same goal of making the property look the best it can. We submit monthly reports to keep everyone up to speed as well as regular ongoing communication so that everyone is aligned on what’s happening on the property. Making sure we understand the best means of communication is very important, some people like texts other like emails. Whatever that is we need to understand so we are effectively communicating. We like to conduct drives or walks with clients so we can discuss ongoing activities and share areas of potential improvements or concerns we have while both seeing it.
We would plan on being onsite with our maintenance crew 2-3 days per week, performing our weekly services. with a thought of a potential porter in to spend a few days to make sure we stay on top of detail works as well as sweeping the Pool area in the morning to make sure that focal point of the community is always looking its best. Our irrigation tech would be out onsite 2-3 days per week as well, more if needed to run through the system and make necessary repairs so that we can limit any water waste and keep the system running as efficiently as possible. We also drive home with our maintenance crew to communicate with the team on any areas of concern they see so we can address. Our account manager will be onsite regularly throughout the week to make sure that the crews are staying focused and performing work up to our standards.
We will have 3 separate job numbers for the Master Association, Ranch and Patio Homes so that the team is tracking time and irrigation properly. They will all be equipped with maps of the property as well as our pre-season preparation session to make sure we are aware of each section of the community.
Value Engineering starts with understanding the full needs and goals of the community. We like to partner with clients and help them building their landscape budgets so that when the next season starts, we are aligned and ready to tackle projects. As we get more familiar with the property we can help with pro-active solutions weather that be water saving measures or health care plans for trees and shrubs to help prolong the life of plant material which in turn will lower replacement costs in the future.
Safety & Quality Programs
Safety is of the upmost importance to us, we truly value our team members and understand that it all start with them. We supply uniforms so people clearly know who we are when onsite as well as make sure we are wearing our PPE. We want everyone to go home the same way they showed up to work that day.
Our goal is provide the best looking landscapes possible, we empower our team members to make suggestions and communicate back up to us it they feel anything additional needs to be done. Every week is different and if additional weeding work needs to be done or there is more trash than usual we expect our crews to take care of that regardless of the extra time it may take. Our crew leader will drive the property to make sure the work for that day got completed to our standards. Our Account Manager will regularly be driving/walking the community to makes sure that our quality is on point and work with crews if they see anything that needs to be addressed.
